Before confidential information relating to any business opportunity can be released, prospective buyers are required to complete and submit the Entrust Business Consultants Non-Disclosure Agreement / Net Worth Declaration.

The NDA should be completed electronically using standard PDF reader software, signed and returned with the required supporting documentation.
Why the NDA is required
The NDA protects sellers, employees, suppliers, customers, business-sensitive information, operational records and all commercially confidential information relating to the opportunity.
Required supporting documents
- Completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Copy of ID document or passport
- Company details, if purchasing through a legal entity
- Proof of available funds or funding capacity, where applicable
